How returns work for a personalized MeStory product.

Every MeStory product is personalized and made to order. It is created individually based on the photos and story you provide, so it cannot be resold or restocked. For this reason, personalized products are by their nature exempt from standard returns, and we are not obliged to accept returns the way a normal off-the-shelf store would be.
That said, your happiness is what matters most to us. We are always glad to offer adjustments to the product you received whenever you wish. If something about your comic, manga, anime or video game isn't quite right, just let us know and we'll work with you to fix it.
How it works: reach out to us, tell us what you'd like changed, and we'll revise your product until you're happy with the result. Most concerns are solved quickly and easily through a revision.
Returns are normally handled on a case-by-case basis through direct communication with our team. If you have any concern about your order, please contact us before anything else, we're here to help and we'll always do our best to find a solution that works for you.
