By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Users must be of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We make every effort to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that products will match website depictions exactly. Because every product is hand-crafted and personalized, small variations are normal.
Orders are accepted only after MeStory confirms and processes payment. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible because your product is made individually for you.
Each MeStory product is a personalized, made-to-order item created individually for you. For this reason it is, by its nature, exempt from standard returns and refunds. Your satisfaction still matters to us, so we are always happy to make adjustments to the product you received whenever you wish.
Before anything else, we offer revisions of your product so we can adjust it until you are happy with the result. To request a revision, simply contact us with your order details and let us know what you would like changed.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers must provide accurate payment information.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. See our Shipping page for current delivery times.
All website content is protected. Users may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission. You retain the rights to the photos and story content you upload, and you grant MeStory the limited right to use them to create and deliver your product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeStory disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of the service.
