When and how your MeStory product reaches you.

Digital products are delivered by email and are typically ready within 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed. As soon as your product is finished, you'll receive a link to view and download it.
Physical products are produced and shipped after your design is finalized. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days. In some cases it can take up to 10 days, depending on production volume and your location.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
